TabPage MDI mode ready to use now, please test it!

Hi,

I enabled TabPage mode again. I suppose, it's usable for working now.
Please test it on branch KDEVELOP_1_4 and send me cool crash reports! ;)

BTW: There are some focus problems in TabPage MDI mode with the tab
header vs. contents but it shouldn't be dangerous.
