bugs in kdevelop 2.0 from CVS

I think this a know bug and should be fixed when the positions of the
tool and output windows can be restored.

Known, and it wont work for 2.0 since no one is working on it.

How about Alt-Tab and Alt-PgUp Alt-PgDown? Do these work?

Can you send an example project where this happens?

It does only work if you have ctags and ctags enabled. I will fix that
soon.
