Support for events

Hello,

I just committed support for KDE2 system events for 2.0. We have 
"BuildSuccess" and "BuildError", by default without sound or messages.

Events are defined in the "eventsrc" file and fired via 
KNotifyClient::event().

I am not quite sure whether my change to Makefile.am is 100% correct, because 
I added "eventsrc" in the "kdevelop will overwrite this part" section...

Feel free to suggest or add other system events...
