BUG closing ;)

I'm doing that once in a while but the last 2 month I didn't get to do
it again. Please close all bugs for versions prior to 1.4 if you
consider them solved; if features can be picked up later, move them to
wishlist. Sorry I can't help either, but what's done is done so feel
free to close them. Whoever feels a bit bored can help with that, too
:-). I'll have a tutorial with 7 guys from my university next monday and
I'll try to catch at least one to do this kind of stuff, KDE as a whole
needs people who are designated only to compare the buglist with the
current CVS and close bugs.
