file modified outside KDevelop - problem not fixed

Friends,

the fix for the above problem has a nasty side effect. Every time, the
file is to be saved, there is a dialog popping up that asks whether the
file should be saved. That is quite annoying - so I took it out. 

In my opinion it is sufficient to detect that the file was modified
outside KDevelop when attempting to focus in on the view, but...
...I realize this isn't the solution. Then again, the current state
isn't the solution either. 

Someone please come up with some logic, too late for that here...
