Bug#25565: kdevelop can't input chinese

When I use kdevelop to write a chinese remark in C++ program.I find it reject to accept chinese input . Also It show chinese remark as "?" in a C or C++ program.

While I can input chinese in other KDE program just like kedit kwrite...
