Global bookmarks

I guess they shouldn't :-))

How about printing ? Did anyone have a chance to get it working ? I got
a mail from Werner that it still doesn't with 1.4 :-(
If not, could someone have a look and take the time for a fix ? Sorry I
can't do it myself but I'm very tight with time currently.
