QextMDI toolbar enable/disable

Hi Falk,

could you spend a minute on adding an en/disableing the QextMDI toolbar
? :-) Also a good idea would be a listbox dialog with the opened files
if the file count is over 10 files, like in VC++ if you know what I
mean. (as well as an & in front of the number for the file in the popup
menu so one can access a file easier with a shortcut)
