Bug#21954: Acknowledgement (display littered when window automatically docks)

I changed my selection of the application from KDevelop to KWin, since it 
happens with *all* windows, but that change was not taken by the bug reporting 
wizard (I hit <back> in the form, and <next> after having changed the 
application selection)... Sorry for that confusion!
