starting to feature MDI

Some issues I encountered first after having a look:

- the additional toolbar for displaying the opened files with buttons -
that was the one usually showing up in the editor's placement field,
wasn't it ? Should be configurabe (enable/disable) and the position
saved.

- i have a crash when opening several files. But that may be because
I've closed the first two untitled ones and happens a bit randomly

- of course the names of the files are missing in the widow title

Otherwise, good work! That will be great if it's finished!
