KATE: what is bBrowserView in KateDocument constructor?

bBrowserView is set to true if konqui uses kate a a embedded BrowserView (it 
is readonly than + some different actions ..)

The Documentation at the homepage is for the kate interface which you should 
use instead of direct using the kateview/document headers
