Compiling latest KDevelop from CVS

Ralf, should have put a 
#ifndef USE_KDE_2_1_1

#endif 
around it, but now you can just do it yourself ;-) 

Also around the corresponding source code in the file. 
Or you can wait until tomorrow and I'll commit my fix...
