2.0: Ctrl+X not working correct

Hi, 

while changing some stuff today on 2.0 (tipdialog and the spashscreen),
I noticed that the Ctrl+X for cut doesn´t work right :( 
Could someone of the editor experts have a look what´s going wrong with
that shortcut ? :)
