Problem with cvs version of KDevelop 2.0

Hi,
I have compile the latest version of KDevelop 2.0 from CVS this morning, and 
I have the following error:
A directory of my project has links to files in another directory. When I 
save some changes in these files, KDevelop doesn't modify the files linked, 
but overwritte the links with new files.
