parenthesis matching for 2.0

Hi,

I implemented parenthesis matching for KDevelop 2.0. The code is 90% the one 
from Quanta, with some modification to get it run.

It is on by default and cannot be switched off, so if you dislike it please 
drop me a mail and I'll add a new switch in the editor options ;)
