Ok, I fixed that in the KDEVELOP_1_4 branch. Waldo, can you move the tag on 
kdevelop/kdevelop/tips please ?  I will update the kdevelop.pot file as well 
now so the translators have a chance to remove the translation for that 
stupid tip and everything is in sync again. I hope the packaging hasn't been 
done yet...
