Plugin Arch. for KDevelop 3.0

Hi!

I agree with Ralf's opinion. I see KDevelop as the base software of KDE. Base 
software in that case that it's used to develop other software and not to 
from the base of KDE. That's very important because this kind of software 
should be available very freely and opened of course. The door should be kept 
open for every kind of developer - either commercial or open source 
motivated, so that everybody could develop for KDevelop and take if he/she/it 
wants money for it. And even close the sources. As Ralf mentioned, closing 
plug-in sources would be very stupid. Therefore I think commercial software 
developer will avoid this kind of distribution. But they are permitted to do 
so and that's important. Maybe we will need people who develop high quality 
plug-ins for KDevelop and sell them :-)
