Subject: kdevelop focus when debuggin error lines
From: moloko_people at lineone.net

Package: kdevelop
Version: KDE 2.2.0 Beta1
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: glibc2.2
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

When building a project, if(when) I recieve an error or warning in the 'build' window at the bottom ofthe app I can click the line
file.cpp:lnNo:message

add be taken to the file and ln where the problem occurred.

However it appears this only works under some conditions:

If you are already on the file in the editor that you are clicking on an error for, then the editor is updated to that part of the document, but the cursor is not placed at the start of the line where the error occured.

However if you are changing the currently viewed file to another in the project it works correctly and the cursor appears at the line where the problem occurred.

Hope this helps, seems easy to create for me. If any probs please get in touch.

Paul :-)
