Bug#29826: Cannot remove sub directories from projects

There is no easy way to remove a sub directory from a project.  While it can be done by editing the project file, there should be a RMB option to remove it from the project in the file tab of the tree view, just like there is an option to remove files from the project.

If there are files in that directory that are still a part of the project, this option should prompt for recursive removal.
