Bug#29699: F12 crashes when no project loaded

This is quite strange, since it worked for me here... 
But the current implementation assumes that your header/source file
must be in the same directory, if there is no project. 
If you have a project and both, header and source file are members of
the project, then the header/source file should be found and opened, if
it is not this is a bug. Please send me a detailed report or talk to me
on IRC on #kdevelop. 
Last, if you have a project, it is a good idea to enable ctags support
since then you files will also be opened using the tags entry.
Additionally you'll be able to browse your project a bit easier.
