Please test debian packaging

Greetings,

I added debian packaging to CVS HEAD but I reckon that it is not yet 
complete. Though you should be able to build binary packages easily typing
$ fakeroot debian/rules binary
on a debian box as usual.

I tested it a bit myself creating projects and browsing sources but I saw 
that a lot of things didn't work. I am not entirely sure which of them come 
from bugs in packaging / incompatibility with debian and which are due to the 
fact that a lot of features are being reworked. I realize that some of the 
developers use debian so I'd be pleased if debian users here would consider 
giving the packages a simple testing.

When you build the packages, the following deb packages will be created:
gideon, gideon-data, gideon-doc, gideon-dev
