Ok. I'd checked if it updated properly and built. I now checked the changelog 
and control files. The fix doesn't seem to be reflected in the main ChangeLog 
which could be something such as:

2001-07-23  Eray Ozkural (exa) <erayo at cs.bilkent.edu.tr>
  * improved debian packaging (see debian changelog)
  * fix: bool bug in setup that prevented finding KDE docs in KDELIBS_DOCDIR

This doesn't have to be added but it could be more informative for people 
interested in the state of debian packaging.

It's otherwise okay. The new entry in debian/changelog is not accurate, since 
debian changelog entries signify new releases of the package, but it could be 
dealt with later.

OTOH, the debian packaging still needs some work, I'll be looking at it.
