cvs watch on

[Klaus Muth]

Hi!
I use CVS with "watch on", this is set all files to "read only" and require
all developers to use "cvs edit <file>" before editing it.

Kdevelop seems not to understand that by default. Is there any way to convince
kdevelop to issue a "cvs edit file" before changing it? If not, no problem,
there is alway a shell ;).
