QString debugging with Qt 3.0

Hello,

after spending most of my sunday trying to get a descent way to debug Qt 2 
strings as well as Qt 3 strings with gdb, I finally gave up on this.

If no one (jbb?) has a better solution, I'll add a new option to the debugger 
options so the user can switch between Qt 2 and Qt 3 string debugging.

AFAIK all the other Qt 3 datatypes should work well with the current KDevelop 
gdb wrapper.
