Thank's. It just happened and sice the fix was easy I put it in.

Naaahhh :-) maybe for 2.1. We need one interims version after 2.0 I'd

Yes, I am contemplating this myself... there are instances where it
makes sense, but the current implementation is insufficient and the way
things work in MDI currently doesnt allow for improvement. This is why
I submitted it as a patch. I even reverted it after that in my local
copy.
But I'd like to keep the patch around so that the idea wont get lost.
Let's not put it in anytime soon.
