Subject : Allow use of jade

Error Class	: change-request
Error Location	: build process
Priority	: low
Bug Description ---------------------------

I'm developing a KDE 2.0 application, and I would like to use the
same documentation generating tools as are being used by KDE 2.0.

In particular, there seems to be a conflict between "sgmltools"
(which is unsupported anyway) and "jade". (I had to uninstall
sgmltools to get jade to work). If nothing else, perhaps you could
switch to "sgmltools-lite"?
