Subject : Constructor maker

Error Class	: change-request
Error Location	: I don´t know
Priority	: low
Bug Description ---------------------------

I love the "add member function" tool but there are two things
about it that I would like to address:

1. I often create member functions in the wrong class because
the class I want is not active in the "Header" tab (I think that's how
it works) It would be great if KDevelop would explicitly tell me which
class the new member function is going in and let me change it if necessary
before anything happens.

2. Second, if I want to make a new constructor for a class there is no
return type. The member function tool makes no allowance for this however
and forces you to put a bogus return type in for the constuctor.
