If the dialog is bigger than the window it appears in, there is no way
you
can access to the area outside the window.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Create a dialog bigger than the area of the window where it is shown
in the dialog editor.

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

Add scrollbars to the window when needed.
