Bug Description ---------------------------

When I try to open a directory, either directly with File->Open or in a
different way then a blank file without a name in the Window-Menu is
displayed. It is not possible to close that file with File->Close, only
File->Close All works. When I choose that File in the Window-Menu
even a second blank file appears.

How to repeat the error -------------------

File->Open and then press Ok.

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

When the error message appears KDevelop should also cancel the file
opening.
