Bug Description ---------------------------

The instalation/configuration in beta 3 does not seem to be generating
the KDE documentation. It just plainly never generates it even
thought it finds the lib's source directory. Then when it goes
to index it finds an empty directory and complains about
the KDE documentation directory being incorrectly set.
I went back to beta 2 and this was not a problem. 

How to repeat the error -------------------

Delete all KDE API docs and reinstall.
