PATCH: Fix toolbar add method/attr/sig/slot button

This add the missing functionality from the toolbar to add a method, 
attribute, signal or slot using the class value from the toolbar combo. (hope 
that makes sense :-)

Also fixes a i18n error where "(Global" should have been "(Global)".  A new 
translation is not needed for this as it already exists (?)
