kdevelop1.4 beta

Hi,

KDevelop1.4 has been tagged as kde2.1beta. We are now adhereing to the kde2.1 
release rules.

- messages (really) frozen (except as critical bug fix)
- bug fixes only (absolutely no new features)
- all changes mailed to kdevel-devel for review before commiting (use unified 
diffs)

Don't be scared to run/test it and forward bug reports and/or patches 
(especially patches :-)
Once the patch is verified by someone else, then commit to tag KDEVELOP_1_4
