Bug Description ---------------------------

The dialog editor is unable to open a self produced dialog (*.kdevdlg).
I closed a working project and when I opened it again to edit a dialog
the
widgeteditor (dialog editor) was empty. Also the tabbars "Widgets" and
"Elemente" stays disabled. As I tried to open the dialog, the
only result was a flickering (refresh, I think) of KDevelop.

How to repeat the error -------------------

add a new dialog -> close the project (saving) -> open the dialog
