bug in 1.4 - statusbar

Hi,

If the text in the statusbar is very long (e.g. happens when debugging
from time to time), you will get a pretty nasty resize of the
application window to a width which fits to the length of the statusbar
string.
For instance you could solve it by abbreviate the statusbar text with
"...".
