I've installed QT and KDevelop via yast without getting any error
messages. But KDevelop tells me:

configure: error: Qt (>= 1.42 and < 2.0) (headers and libraries) not
found. Please check your installation!

when I create a new QT or KDE project. Console projects work 
properly.

How to repeat the error -------------------

By creating a new QT or KDE project.
