Compiler's arguments added

Hi,

When I compile my project, the compiling tools used add some arguments to the
compiler, that I didnt't specify:

-O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -Wall -pedantic -W -Wpointer-arith
-Wmissing-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -Wno-long-long -fno-builtin -O0

In particular, my options for the project add "-fexceptions" after that. All
this arguments are in the different Makefiles, but I don't know the "origin"
of it. What must I configure or which file must I changed to "delete" this
arguments?

Thanks in advance.
