Bye Bye KDE 2.2 support in Gideon?

Hi,

I tried to compile Gideon on KDE 2.2 but gave up after 20 minutes. The .ui 
files generated with Qt3 are not working with uic 2.2 and there are several 
other things where I had to edit the Makefiles by hand.

Since KDE 3 Beta 1 is out now, I think this is a good moment to drop KDE 2 
source code compatibility. If no one complains I'll remove all the ugly 
#ifdefs by next week.
