Bugfixes and minor improvements only please. 

1 Minor Feature: Make for directories
2 BugFix: Fix browser font selection
3 BugFix: When KDevelop is minimized while running a make it will
deiconize every time a file has compiled succesfully
4 Minor Feature: Allow for removal of directories from the project
5 Minor Feature: Make ctags command configurable

Let's release a stable and very usable KDevelop.
