Makefile.am corrections...

Hi *,

its me again... I changed up some Makefile.ams, so everyone who is using 
a kdevelop.kdevprj should take care about it.

It was necessary to make "make dist" possible again.

BTW: I also changed the "-version-info" string from 0:0:1 to 0:0:0 
(because 0:0:1 won't work and the libtool manual gives the advice to 
start up with 0:0:0)
