gideon patch

here is a little patch:

features: new and enhanced "c++ add class method" dialog 
 + done with designer
 + prepared for type autocompletion (coming as
   soon as i have time to get kde3)
 + clone funktion button from kdevelop 
 + the code is really inserted ;-)

could someone take a look and apply the patch
