yes and yes (libtool is set to ./libtool)

the problems seems to be: i am enhancing the add method 
to c++ class dialog - which is then in a library (part), and this
parts are always loaded from /opt/kde2/lib/kde2/ and not from
my development directory

i "solved" this by linking the lib from my directory into
/opt/kde2/lib/kde2/ - but i really don't like this
