KDevelop usability

If we remove the setup routine, I bet, they'll send us hundreds of
bugreports like "I don't find where to setup xyz :-(" or "Why is f...ing
Childframe mode the default one?" and so on.
Furthermore, it's a common method, every application which is quite
complex has such helper for defining a good environment with a few mouse
clicks on first startup. For example see StarOffice. In case of not
having such setup, the user is forced to search through many possible
options.

Cancel just cancels the setup without starting kdevelop.
