Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Mandrake RPMs
Compiler: gcc Mandrake Linux 8.1 2.96-0.62mdk
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

I'm working on a KDevelop project and everything was fine until yesterday, when I tried to add a shared library. I wanted to have the shared library sources in the project directory, so I added them, but decided not to add them to the KDevelop project and restored the backups I made before trying it. After that, every executable I built was stripped. I discovered this when I tried to debug. I finally fixed the problem by setting the flag from the options, letting KDevelop reconfigure, and clearing it.
