OS/Compiler notes: 

When switching focus to the embeded konsole in the 'Tools Output View' and back to a Kwrite editor view accelerations keys sometimes stop working untill the Kwrite window is either:

1) Closed and reopened
2) The focus is switched to another Kwrite window.
