KDEVELOP_2_BRANCH: kate

This new branch now has a kate part as its texteditor. The hack is
crude and needs a lot of work but it compiles and opens files (only on
the second try). 

Important: for this to work you will need kdebase/kate from CVS HEAD.

I will start refining this in the next weeks and make it actually
usable. Any help or interest in this is highly appreciated.
