KControl plugin template

Hi!

I created a template for kcmodules. It will not work yet as there are several 
issues to solve first:

1.) A control center module needs a location in the kcontrol tree. Thus I 
will need an extra dropdown to choose a location (like "Internet", "Look & 
Feel", etc.) Should I add this to the appwizard?

2.) The admin.tar.gz is not copied and can not be untarred by the perl script.
However, I cannot find the reason. Any idea?
