KDEVELOP_1_4 - This is the only one we are releasing at the moment, so I want

kdelibs head will be kde2.2, which will _probably_ contain kdeprint. If 
kdeprint doesn't make it to kde2.2 (I suspect this is unlikely) then we use 
the qt print instead. In short, if you don't have kdelibs head, either get it 
or use -DUSE_QTPRINT_SYSTEM.
