kdeprint in use

Hi,

I've just committed the changes to use the kdeprint system. As discussed, 
this disables the old kdevelop print stuff - but I haven't removed this from 
the build.

I have a define to use the the QPrinter class (-DUSE_QTPRINT_SYSTEM) rather 
than the kprinter class if people have problems with the new kdeprint system. 
For the kdeprint system you will need a recent cvs kde version. For the qt 
version you don't, of course :-)

A bit more work is needed on this but lets see if, in principal, this is an 
acceptable solution or whether we should go back to the old print mechanism. 
ie lets suck-it-and-see :-)

I've not fixed the toolbar, so it's only accessable from the menu 
(File/Print).
