Gideon: Problem with App-Templates

I just installed Gideon from friday's snapshot to have a first look at the 
java support and had some problems with the perl scripts copying the app 
templates. This might be a problem with my perl installation as well but I 
had to add permissions to all calls to mkdir (like mkdir( "${dest}/src", 
0750));

I can post a patch for this, but I think it's easier if you just edit this 
directly (or tell me I just made some stupid mistake).
