Package: kdevelop
Version: KDE 2.1.1
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Not Specified
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

The description of the "KDE2 Mini" project type needs to be improved in the
Project Wizard. It should state that this project type is suitable for a
dialog-based application. As a complete novice to KDevelop, I didn't realise
that this was the correct project type to use for a dialog application, and
selected the KDE 2 Normal project type. It was only when I read an article in
a magazine by Jono Bacon that I discovered that the KDE2 Mini type was in
fact appropriate.

A few extra words in the description displayed in the Project Wizard would
have saved me quite a bit of time. I suggest:

"Create a KDE-2 application with an empty main widget (e.g. a dialog-based application)."
